These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through Sastiflight.net, operated by
Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited (UK Co. No. 16226457), an authorised sub-agent for
Times Travel Ltd (ATOL 74904). By making a booking, you accept these terms.
1. Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability. The booking process is:
- Enquiry: Contact us via phone, email or our contact form with your travel requirements.
- Quote: We provide a detailed written quote including all taxes, fees and any applicable charges.
- Confirmation: You confirm acceptance of the quote and provide passenger details.
- Payment: A deposit or full payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Ticketing: Tickets are issued once payment is received and confirmed. You will receive an ATOL Certificate for ATOL-protected bookings.
2. ATOL Protection
Many of our flight and holiday packages are ATOL protected. This means:
- When you buy an ATOL protected holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate
- The Certificate lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong
- ATOL protection is provided under licence number 74904 held by Times Travel Ltd

3. Pricing & Payment
- All quoted prices include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed
- A deposit may be required to hold a booking; the balance is due by a specified deadline
- We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card (subject to processing fee)
- Final price is confirmed in writing before payment is processed
4. Cancellations & Amendments

- All cancellations must be notified to us in writing (email or letter)
- Cancellation charges apply depending on how close to departure you cancel
- Some fare types are non-refundable; this will be clearly stated at time of booking
- Amendments (name changes, date changes) may incur airline administration fees
5. Travel Documents & Visas
- It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport and all required visas
- We can assist with Umrah visa applications as part of package bookings
- We are not responsible for visa refusals by foreign governments
- Entry requirements may change; always check with the relevant embassy before travel
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase adequate travel insurance. We can recommend travel insurance providers. Travel without adequate insurance is entirely at the traveller's own risk.
7. Liability
As a travel agent and ATOL sub-agent, our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We act as agents for airlines, hotels and other travel service providers and are not liable for the actions, omissions or defaults of such suppliers, except as required by ATOL regulations.
